At Corkcicle, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request to generate your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused items in the original box, attach the provided prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
