How long will my Corkcicle keep my drinks cold or hot?
Most of our Canteens keep beverages cold for up to 25 hours or hot for up to 12 hours. Our Tumblers generally keep drinks cold for 9 hours and hot for 3 hours.
Are Corkcicle products dishwasher safe?
While many of our newer products and finishes are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing most items to preserve their signature finish and vacuum seal integrity.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your products BPA-free?
